A $200 deposit is due for all fishing trips at time of booking via PayPal @AddisonCooley127. Full payment can be paid on the day of the trip with cash or PayPal.
Deposits are non-refundable. If Cancellations are made more than 7 days prior to a scheduled trip, the deposit will be used to rescheduled within 12 months of the scheduled trip. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled trip will forfeit their deposit, if the trip is not rescheduled within 12 months.
The captain is the only person who may cancel a trip due to weather. If the trip gets cancelled due to weather your deposit will be used for rescheduling another date within 12 months of date of cancelled trip.

CATCH & RELEASE
Blue Heron Guide Service recommends catch and release. We also respect the laws of the TPWD and understand having some fresh fish for dinner. We have just seen different areas of the country who have experienced overfishing. Recent freezes were also hard on our trout around here.
Fly Fishing trips are catch and release due to cooler space. We may be able to save one or two fish for your dinner.
Cooley’s personal preference, on Bay Fishing Trips, is to keep enough for a fresh dinner and release the rest for next time. Trophy size fish should be let go to reproduce. We respect your legal decision, but a $50 discount will be given to all bay trips who chose to catch and release.
